Service Conditions & Facility Fees

These rules protect weight limits, disposal costs, and labor time. If you're unsure, send photos — we'll tell you upfront.

Heavy Material Policy (Concrete, Dirt, Brick, Tile, Shingles)
Heavy debris is weight-based, not volume-based. Maximum safe fill is 12 inches high in the trailer. Heavy loads are priced as a Full Trailer due to weight limits and landfill tonnage fees.

  • Landfills charge by the ton for heavy materials
Access & Logistics Adjustments
Standard pricing assumes trailer access within 50 feet.
  • Long carry (50+ ft): $25–$50
  • Stairs: $15–$20 per flight
Labor Policy (Disassembly & Bagging)
Junk removal should be "pick up and load." First 15 minutes of labor is included. Additional labor is billed at $60–$90/hr depending on complexity.

Special Disposal Items (Facility Fees)
These are pass-through facility fees that many dumps charge separately:
  • Tires: $10 off-rim / $20 on-rim
  • Mattress or Box Spring: $30 each
  • Freon Appliances (Fridge / AC): $25 per unit
  • Paint & Chemicals: case-by-case
