When City Services May Not Apply

City trash services are designed for scheduled residential use. Situations that often fall outside City service include:

  • Commercial or multi-property cleanouts

  • Interior labor or removal from inside buildings

  • Large-volume or urgent cleanouts

  • Same-day or after-hours needs

  • Property turnovers, evictions, or operational cleanups

These scenarios typically require private hauling or labor support.
