Junk Removal Pricing Without the Guessing Game
Handy Jack LLC uses a practical pricing system based on job size, ZIP/service area, material type, access, labor, disposal, and photos. The goal is simple: clear starting points, honest scope checks, and no fake "one-price-fits-all" nonsense.
Public Starting Points
These are starting points and public pricing anchors. Final pricing depends on the real scope of the job. Photos, access, material type, distance, disposal requirements, and service area can move the price up or down.
Clean pricing rule: $90+ is for qualifying small jobs in core areas. $125+ is the standard pickup starting point. Cleanouts, heavy debris, commercial jobs, and manual-review areas may require custom pricing.
City Pricing Reference
These common service ranges are public guide ranges for Oklahoma City and nearby metro routes. Your estimator result may differ based on ZIP, service lane, load size, material type, access, disposal, labor, and photos.
View Common Public Guide Ranges
Metro pricing note: These ranges are public guideposts, not locked quotes. The estimator builds a job-specific quote using ZIP, service lane, load size, material, access, disposal, and photos. Outer routes, heavy material, stairs, long carry distance, extra labor, disposal class, or mixed loads can change the final price.
How Handy Jack Prices Jobs
1. ZIP / Service Area
Core areas usually get the fastest pricing path. Metro and outer areas may include travel or manual review.
2. Load Size
A few items, a pile, half trailer, full trailer, or cleanout-sized job all price differently.
3. Material Type
Furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction debris, heavy material, and scrap metal do not cost the same to handle.
4. Access & Labor
Stairs, distance from truck, tight spaces, disassembly, loose debris, and extra labor can affect price.
5. Disposal
Some loads cost more to dispose of depending on material, dump rules, weight, and load type.
6. Photos / Scope Check
Photos help match the quote to the real job before arrival. Final confirmation happens on site.

What Can Change the Price?
Final price is confirmed by actual scope. If the job is larger, heavier, farther, harder to access, or different from the photos/details provided, the quote may need to be adjusted before work begins.

Send Photos for a Cleaner Quote
For the fastest and most accurate quote, text clear photos of the load, room, pile, stairs, access path, driveway, curbside location, or anything that affects the work. If you already have a quote ID, include it with your photos.
- Photos help prevent underpricing and surprise changes
- Quote ID helps match your job to your form submission
- Scope is still confirmed on arrival before work begins
Deposit & Booking
Some jobs may require a deposit to hold the schedule, especially larger cleanouts, commercial jobs, manual-review routes, or same-day priority work.
Deposit availability and final balance depend on job scope, schedule, and confirmation.
