Pricing Policy

  • All pricing is based on load size, labor, and disposal fees.
  • Final price is confirmed on‑site before loading begins.
  • Heavier materials (construction debris, dirt, concrete, etc.) may incur weight‑based pricing.
  • We do not charge hidden fees — everything is disclosed upfront.

Deposits

  • Large jobs, long‑distance runs, or peak‑day bookings may require a deposit.
  • Deposits are applied directly to your final invoice.
  • Deposits are non‑refundable if the customer cancels within 24 hours of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment incur no fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation charge.
  • No‑shows may be charged a minimum service fee.

Access Requirements

  • Customer must provide safe access to the junk or cleanout area.
  • Driveways, gates, stairways, and hallways must be accessible.
  • If access is blocked or unsafe, we may reschedule or adjust pricing.

What We Can Take

  • Furniture, appliances, mattresses, and household junk
  • Yard waste, branches, brush, and outdoor debris
  • Construction debris and renovation waste
  • Garage, shed, and storage unit contents
  • Scrap metal and non‑hazardous materials

What We Cannot Take

  • Paint, chemicals, oils, fuels, or hazardous waste
  • Biohazards or medical waste
  • Asbestos or materials containing asbestos
  • Pressurized tanks unless fully empty and vented

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at job completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept card, cash, and digital payments.
  • Invoices are provided upon request.

Safety Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse unsafe jobs or hazardous environments.
  • Customers must keep pets and children clear of the work area.
  • We follow safe lifting and loading practices at all times.
